Peer Mediators

Peer Mediators at Headcorn Primary School are specially trained pupils who help their classmates resolve conflicts in a peaceful and constructive manner. They work on the playground and in classrooms, assisting their peers in talking through disagreements and finding mutually acceptable solutions. This program not only helps maintain a positive school environment but also teaches the mediators valuable skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
